Trends in automotive technology - moving from the car with internal combustion engine to electric vehicle

The car is an important factor in economic and social development and plays an important role in human welfare. The use of hydrocarbons as a source of energy in conjunction with the invention of the internal combustion engine led the automotive technology at a high level. The discharge of pollutants and oil dependency require a shift towards electric vehicles.
