At Filonos 32 and Karaoli and Dimitriou Street, in Piraeus, a two-storey building from the Interwar period is preserved. The building is a particularly remarkable and unique example of the modern movement in the historic center of Piraeus, which is surrounded by a large number of notable buildings from various periods before 1940. In a letter, MONUMENTA applied on January 16, 2024 for the characterization of the building as a monument.
