Four-storey neoclassical building with basement. The simple main facade decoration is composed of solid parapets, projecting roof cornice with roof tiles, symmetrical arrangement of apertures, simple aperture frames and marble balcony with elaborate railings, marble corbels with double spirals and geometric patterns on undersurface. Also, the main entrance is decorated with metal oudoor of elaborate railings and simple artificiel frame.
