Three-storey building with residential use. The building was built in 1929 on behalf of the then Italian consul, as his personal home. In the years of the Dictatorship, many films were directed here, while during the Nazi occupation it was EAM's safe - house. In 1985 it was bought by its current owner, Mr. Elias Triantafyllopoulos, with three contracts of three different owners
