Neoclassical two-storey building, designed by architect Ernst Ziller. It was built around 1885 by Stefanos Psychas and in 1903 it was bought by Prince Nikolaos who performed interventions designed by architect Anastasios Metaxas. In 1924 it was transformed into a small luxury hotel, a branch of Hotel Grande Bretagne, while since 1953 it houses the Italian Embassy. It has been listed.
