PEIRAIAS_General view of the building (2021)
A two-storey house of 1930 used by the same family until today. The main facade recalls influences of the Modern Movement with austere details of Jugendstil rendered in simple geometric lines. The style of the entrance door is Art Deco. The central axe of symmetry is the common feature of the architectural design, both of the plan and the facade. The building has been listed (Gov. Gazette 420/D/1987) and exemplary refurbished.
