Two-storey building of neoclassical style. The rich facade decoration is composed of antefixes on the roof, projecting roof cornice with dense medallions, projecting cornice and dentil cornice to separate the floor, marble pilasters which are bearing architrave on the ground floor, stepped aperture frames with crowning cornices, rosettes in panels of windows and parapet with elaborate railings. It has been listed.
