Three-storey building with basement. The building functioned as the Standard Men High School of Athens and today, the 1st Experimental General High School of Athens "Gennadeio" functions. It was the businessman's Panagioti Frantzi house. It was built in 1915 and deigned by the architect Georgios Diamantopoulos. It has been listed.
