Two-storey neoclassical building. Ιt was built between 1846-1852 by the Philekpaideftiki Etaireía (Society for Promoting Education and Learning) and is one of the most important works of the architect Lysandros Kaftantzoglou. Since the 1980s it has been housed in this Council of State.
