Originally a three-storey corner building (ground floor, first and second floor) with residential use. In 1999, the transformation of the building, as well as the neighboring building (Chremonidou 8), into a single shopping center under the name "Athens Millenium". During the redevelopment, apart from the reuse of the two above-mentioned shells, a newly built section was added to Hymettus Avenue. Only the exterior facades of the original buildings were preserved, while the interior was completely rearranged and reorganized. The study and construction of the shopping center was undertaken by "Haragioni". Today, this building complex continues to house the Athens Millenium shopping center.
