Five-storey block of flats, also known as "G. Patsakof". It was built in 1935 and designed by the civil engineer Nikolaos Kotzamanis.The last floor was added in 1947. The building is an exaple of the Modern Movement. The author Menis Koumantareas lived here from 1936 to 1980.
