Five-storey apartment building with semi-basement of the 1930's. It was designed by architect Konstantinos Kitsikis (building permit 1144- 8/4/1932). It was the residence and studio of painter Nikos Chatzikyriakos-Gkikas and was donated by him to Benaki Museum. It functions as a branch of the museum, hosting a large part of the work of Nikos Hatzikyriakos-Gikas. It has been listed.
