Front view (2015)
Two-storey neoclassical building with basement. The rich facade decoration is composed of projecting roof cornice with dense medallions, dentil cornice, cornice to separate the basement, horizontal covering joints and marble balcony with elaborate railings, geometric pattern on undersurface and marble corbels. The apertures of the floor are decorated with stepped frames and crowning cornices. Respectively, the apertures on the ground floor are decorated with pilasters, which are bearing entablature. Also, the entrance is decorated with marble pilasters and crowning cornice. It has been listed.
