Originally a three-storey house (ground floor, first and second floor). In 1999, transformation of this building and its corner neighbor (Ymitous 108 & Chremonidou 10) into a single mall under the name "Athens Millenium". During the redevelopment, apart from the reuse of the two above-mentioned shells, a newly built section was added to Ymitou Avenue. Only the exterior facades of the original buildings were preserved, while the interior was completely rearranged and reorganized. The study and construction of the shopping center was undertaken by "Haragioni". Today, this building complex continues to house the Athens Millenium shopping center. The building has been listed.
