A three-storey building of early 1890s (with later addition of the last floor) with frontage on the parallel streets Karaiskou 153 and Alkiviadou 156. A particular example of late Neoclassicism with some Eclecticism details -especially regarding the framing of the apertures. The building has been listed (Gov. Gazette 154/B/1983 and 420/D/1987).
