Το Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο "Μακρυγιάννη" ήταν το πρώτο Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο των Αθηνών. Οικοδομήθηκε μεταξύ των ετών 1834-1836, από τον Βαυαρό στρατιωτικό μηχανικό Wilhelm von Weiler.
