PEIRAIAS_General view of the building (2023)
A three-storey corner house of 1880's. It is an example representative of Neoclassicism in urban centres. The protruding central shaft and a gate to the yard are the common functional elements of each side of the building. The flat corner stones, the fluted antae of the wider framing of the apertures, the pediments and the details of the balconies and the cornice complete the well-balanced architectural ensemble. The building has been listed (Gov. Gazette 410/D/1982, 64/B/1982).
