General view of the building
The church of Agios Nikolaos (16th-17th cent.) Is located south of Kolokynthos street, well below the current level of the land.
It is a single naved domed temple, with a three-sided sanctuary arch. The low dome goes into spherical triangles and covers the main temple. Outside it has an octagonal drum. The sanctuary is housed with an arch. To the west there is a steeple housed with an arc perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the building. It is in covering internally and externally. The monument belongs to the group of one-storied temples that adjoin Eleonas and are placed in the 16th or 17th century.
